Secure Louvre Systems

TS Designs Ltd offer an innovative range of louvre ventilation solutions, both within our doors or for directly mounting into wall apertures.

Our extruded aluminium louvre blade is unique and offers several clear USPs. The blade is an inverted “V” style with concave faces. This design eliminates any line of sight through the louvre and effectively protects against rigid body penetration. The concave faces translate any forward velocity of wind blown water into the vertical plane thereby preventing “blown drips” entering the building.



All our louvres are backed with either 10mm anti-vermin mesh or stainless steel insect mesh.

The blades are 40mm x 40mm, mounted on a 40mm pitch within a 45mm assembly (including mesh). 

The 45mm assembly is perfect for mounting within doorleaves or incorporating within PA1 door configurations as either side panels or over panels.

When fitting the louvre system directly into a wall, the louvre bank is mounted within a formed four sided aluminium sleeve. This sleeve can be any depth to match the structural opening and serves the additional function of fully lining the aperture.
